Delete your Visitastic account

You can delete your Visitastic account and the associated data whenever you want, yourself and without having to write to us.
From the app
- Open Visitastic and sign in.
- Go to "Profile" and then "My account".
- Tap "Delete my account" and confirm with your password (if you signed in with Google, by typing your email).
From the web
- Sign in at visitastic.com.
- Go to "My account".
- Open "Delete account" and confirm with your password (if you signed in with Google, by typing your email).
What is erased and what is kept
- Erased immediately: your account, your favorite routes, your games and your reviews. You are also signed out on all your devices. There is no copy and no way to recover them.
- Kept: reports of problems in a challenge, without an author, because they help fix the route; and error reports and server logs, for a limited period and not linked to you. All of this unless a legal obligation requires us to retain some data.
If you cannot sign in
Write to hola@visitastic.com from the email you created the account with and we will delete it for you, after checking that the request is yours.
