2. Purpose
Visitastic offers geolocated scavenger-hunt routes to discover places by playing. From the web you can explore routes and save them; the game takes place in the mobile app.
3. Use of the service
- You agree to use the service in accordance with the law and these terms.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide when registering and for keeping your credentials secure.
- It is not permitted to use the service for unlawful purposes or to interfere with its operation.
- You can delete your account whenever you want, from the app or from "My account" on the web.
4. Safety while playing
Pay attention to your surroundings while you play. Routes run through physical spaces, sometimes with traffic or other hazards. Follow traffic rules, respect street furniture, do not enter dangerous or restricted areas and supervise minors at all times. Use of the app is at your own risk.
5. Intellectual property
The "Visitastic" brand, the logo, the texts, images and route content are protected and belong to their owner or to licensed third parties. You may not reproduce or exploit them without authorization. Mapping comes from OpenStreetMap and its contributors.
6. Liability
We work to keep the service running properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. We are not liable for damages arising from improper use of the service or from the accuracy of third-party data.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that apply under the relevant regulations.
