Cookie Policy

What are cookies?
They are small files a website stores on your device to work properly or remember information. Some are essential; others require your consent.
Cookies we use
- Technical / necessary: they keep your session logged in and protect the forms (the session cookie and the CSRF protection token). They are essential and require no consent.
- Preferences: one cookie (
locale) remembers the language you chose for a year, so you land on your language the next time you visit. You set it yourself by choosing a language, so it requires no consent either. - Analytics, advertising or tracking: we use none. That's why you won't see a cookie banner: every cookie we use is exempt from consent.
Third-party maps
The routes list shows a map with tiles from OpenStreetMap. When it loads, your browser connects to their servers, which may log technical data such as your IP address.
Sign in with Google
If you choose to sign in with Google, during that step you go through Google pages, which may use their own cookies under their policy. Visitastic neither controls nor reads them.
How to manage them
You can view and delete cookies from your browser settings, and block the ones you want. Note that if you block the technical ones, some features (such as logging in) may stop working.
